The rental apartment accommodates 4 people in two bedrooms. Master bedroom has a large double bed, a cosy reading corner and overlooks the lake. Another bedroom with large shuttered windows is suitable for kids or adults. Each bedroom has a wardrobe and additional storage.
The living area leads to a wide terrace with superb lake panorama. Each bedroom has a wardrobe and additional storage. There is a large marble bathroom with a rain shower. Indoor and outdoor dining facilities allow to have meals both inside the apartment in a dining room or outside on a huge terrace.

Next to the apartment, there is the green area of Val d’Intelvi – Intelvi Valley – rich with routes for hill walking, cycling, paragliding, golf and even ski slopes, not to mention gastronomic spots. Como, Bellagio or Varenna are reachable by car or by ferry.

Take Argegno-Pigra Funicular to get up to the Belvedere Viewpoint.
Argegno is one of the most sought after and prestigious locations on Lake Como. Perfect for a relaxing break or a base to explore all this wonderful lake has to offer. Charming restaurants and cafes fill the square are all within walking distance of this apartment. Argegno is just 20 minutes from the beautiful city of Como by bus or ferry.
