The bright apartment is equipped with all the amenities to provide you with an unforgettable stay. You can enjoy breathtaking, panoramic views of the lake from every room, thanks to the numerous windows that fill the apartment with natural light. In addition to the living area and kitchen, the property features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, a spacious bathroom with a large shower, and an outdoor courtyard with a dining table.
Unwind in the shade of the outdoor courtyard, lulled by the gentle sounds of the lake waters and captivated by the panoramic view.
The apartment is situated in the village of Nesso, on the eastern shore of Lake Como, conveniently positioned between Como and Bellagio. This prime location offers a unique setting to explore the beauty of the area. Just a few steps from the apartment is the picturesque Ponte della Civera, from which you can admire a hidden waterfall cascading into the lake, creating a breathtaking natural spectacle. Additionally, nearby is the Nesso Navigation dock, from which you can get on a boat to visit other charming locations along the shores of Lake Como.The 18th century house has 4 levels. From the entrance level, a stone staircase leads you immediately to the first floor. Here you find the large dining room, with an adjacent, fully equipped modern kitchen. From the kitchen and dining room you access the garden with areas to sunbath or enjoy the shade and eat Al Fresco. The garden is almost like a secret garden, being positioned above the cobbled street below, it provides privacy while still being connected to the lake. The stunning lake view comes as a bonus. This first floor also provides a toilet and a laundry room. The second floor contains a spacious and bright living room, with windows on 2 sides, providing breathtaking views of the lake. A separate room has a high-quality, Queen-size sofa bed (Ligne Roset).The master bedroom is on the top floor, right above the living room and also this room has windows on 2 sides, with captivating views. Another bedroom with 2 twin beds plus a separate room that can be used as an office, complete this floor. Talking about bedrooms, the close proximity to the lake allows you to fall asleep to the sound of the waves!A modern bathroom with shower is located between the second and third floor. The house has a nice vibe with modern design and antiques.
Other things to note:
The house is without air-conditioning, but the lake climate provides a natural aircon: fresh in the morning, warm during the day, but at the end of the afternoon the “Breva”, a wind flowing from the middle of the Lake, refreshes the area. For your comfort though, we have equipped the bedrooms with ventilators.
