The holiday Apartment #3 accommodates up to 3 persons. Because in addition to a double bed there is a pouf, transformable into one sleeping place. The space is compact, but smart: plus all the equipment – washing machine, dryer, microwave, induction hob, iron, – there is a voice assistant Alexa, playing your best music and a space for remote working. In the garden you can sunbathe on deck chairs or arrange a home aperitivo with a great view on the lake.

The vacation apartment is located next to the center of Tremezzo. Within walking distance there is the legendary Grand Hotel Tremezzo, the iconic Villa Carlotta. By ferry or bus you reach Villa Balbianello, Comacina Island. Como city is 40 min by car. The public parking is next to the apartment. Public transport connects you easily with any top destination of Lake Como.
