Treat yourself to a visit to the Basilica of San Fedele to admire its evocative interiors. The advice is to schedule it in the afternoon when the sun’s rays filter through its large rose window creating an even more suggestive and intense atmosphere. Pamper yourself with a delicious snack under the arcades in Piazza San Fedele, letting yourself be hypnotized by the comings and goings of locals and tourists.
The Ice Queen Chamber is located in the center of Como, in an internal street that connects Piazza San Fedele to Via Vittorio Emanuele, one of the main shopping streets of Como. Piazza San Fedele, of medieval origins, is dominated by the Romanesque Basilica of the same name which has an exceptional peculiarity: part of the facade is hidden by civil buildings built later. From this area it is possible to reach the lake and means of transport in a few minutes on foot.
