This vacation apartment is good both for a short term rental during Lake Como holidays and for a long stay. Because it is very comfortable, functional and has a top location in the center of Como.

It can become a temporary home for family, friends or business people. One bedroom with double bed and the living room with spacious sofa accommodates up to 4 people. There is also a crib for little kids.
The large wardrobes and drawers let you bring and keep lots of belongings, in case your Lake Como vacation is going to last long. Washing machine, iron, hairdryer, oven in the kitchen, dishwasher and toaster – the holiday apartment is perfectly equipped.
Features:
The kitchen is separated from the living room. It is very convenient because while you are watching tv series on the sofa, your partner can enjoy experimenting with Italian recipes in the kitchen. Everyone has his/her space.
Must do:
Hire a private boat or take a ferry to Bellagio, Menaggio, Varenna or any other Lake Como borgo. The ferry station is 350 m from the apartment.
The apartment is in the very heart of Como. All rooms overlook the main walking street Via Garibaldi. It is a 2 min walk from Piazza Volta – which is always vivid. Here you find a lot of bars, restaurants and local boutiques. Como’s Cathedral, Cavour Square, and all the main attractions are within walking distance, as well as @rentallcomo office – we are going to be your neighbours.
