This splendid location has all the best that Lake Como has to offer. Located in a quiet and private position, the villa enjoys sunlight all day and offers the relief of a shaded terrace overlooking the lake for lunch and evening aperitifs. A short 5 minute walk takes you to Argegno among restaurants, shops, bars and an artisanal ice cream shop in the square.
The outdoor jacuzzi will be available from March to November.

Argegno
WiFiThe villa is located in a quiet area of Argegno, a small village on the border with Switzerland. A short 5 minute walk will take you to the marina, located right next to the main square with bars, restaurants, the bank and pharmacy. There you will also find an outdoor lido overlooking the lake.
Finally in Argegno there is the stop for navigation with boats and hydrofoils through which it is possible to reach the most famous tourist locations on the lake.
The Val D’Intelvi, about 20 minutes drive from the villa, offers hill walking, cycling, paragliding, golf and even ski slopes. Furthermore, the villages of Val D’Intelvi offer gastronomic experiences that never disappoint. For your shopping, in addition to the shops in Argegno, you can go to Menaggio, Como or the Foxtown luxury outlet in Mendrisio, Switzerland.
