The house is ideal for family gatherings. It has two floors and accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms plus WC downstairs, a study room, fully equipped kitchen and a variety of choices where to have your dinner. The main Private Terrace is ideal for sunbathing or aperitifs with a great view on the world-famous Villa Balbianello. While another upper terrace overlooks Villa Melzi in Bellagio. So you are literally surrounded by iconic symbols of Lago di Como.
Features:
The master bedroom has an ensuite and a copper bath right in the room, where you can relax with a glass of wine, enjoying wonderful views of the mountains. Fireplace in the living area adds coziness to the atmosphere of the vacation residence.
Must do:
Take a ferry to travel to Bellagio or visit Villa del Balbianello.
Mezzegra is a convenient hub for Lake Como vacation. Bellagio, Menaggio and Tremezzo – all these touristic destinations are close by. The village offers fresh bread and artisan pastries, there are some local boutiques and the lake is within enjoyable walking distance.
