For everyone who dreams to have a perfect vacation on Lake Como. There are 3 bedrooms with double beds and a room with 2 single beds. 3 bathrooms: one of them with a relaxing bathtub. 2 equipped kitchens are at your disposal – you can organise a cooking championship here! The main kitchen has access to the balcony overlooking the lake. There’s also a cosy studio/ reading room and living room with a nice view. The private garden with a lake view pool deserves a story of its own. There is a mini waterfall that serves for cervical massage, hydromassage and counter-current swimming pool. So you can spend the whole day there, enjoying the panorama and drinks. Because the solarium area is equipped with a cocktail table and sun loungers. Night lightning will make your evenings super romantic. The villa also has a private parking.

It is a lakeside borgo, surrounded by antique villages and blue mountains. From Carate Urio you easily get to key touristic spots – Bellagio, Como, Cernobbio. In the towin you will find 12th century Romanesque Bell Tower, Castello di Urio and ancient church Santa Maria.
